Middelborg has, together with a limited number of other co-investors, formed several joint ventures with Bonum on real estate development projects in the greater Oslo area.

Bonum is a real estate developer located in Oslo and Drammen, with approximately 70 employees. The company’s main operating function is to acquire, develop and sell attractive real estate projects. However, Bonum also provides project development and management of property development  projects. In addition, the company invests in property development projects.
